How information is used
Data collected
The public forms request names, business or organisation details, roles, country and email addresses, with optional telephone numbers. Depending on the enquiry, they also request team numbers, areas of interest, media information, service preferences and the message supplied by the sender, together with privacy consent.
Purposes
Information supplied through public enquiries is used to review expressions of interest, respond to requests and provide the relevant next steps. Online form transmission is not yet active; enquiries can currently be made using the published email addresses.
Recipients and rights
Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers required for the event. Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, objection, deletion, restriction and portability.
Retention
Retention periods for public enquiries remain subject to confirmation and legal review before publication of the final policy.
