Participants, not spectators
Each company experiences strategy, relay changes, pit pressure and the cohesion of a true endurance team.
Who we are
KF1 creates corporate endurance experiences in which companies, brands and their guests become active participants in an international motorsport format built around teamwork, strategy and shared social commitment.
The idea
Anyone can watch motorsport. The format turns companies and guests from spectators into active participants — from the Le Mans-style start to driving stints in the middle of the night.

Each company experiences strategy, relay changes, pit pressure and the cohesion of a true endurance team.
Designed primarily for companies, brands and teams, the format combines sport, incentive experience, communication and hospitality within a single international event platform.
Tunisia 2027 is the first step in an international project designed to coordinate teams, services, partners and event operations.

Our method
Every process measured, every detail under control. For research, for companies and for everyone on track.
The KF1 Corporate Challenge is managed with the Six Sigma method, the data-driven approach made famous by General Electric to reduce errors and continuously improve every process. For us, it means replacing improvisation with method: defining what truly matters to each stakeholder, measuring it and improving it edition after edition.
“Quality… pride and commitment […]. Quality is the bond that will keep us together and by which our daily commitment and dedication to providing the best available service will be measured, always paying the utmost attention to the full satisfaction of our guests.”

The team
Paolo Campobasso and Claudio Sattin have organised the format since 2003, when it began in Italy in support of Telethon: in October that year, in Arezzo, Susanna Agnelli presented them with the Telethon award for their support of research.
Now the format goes international. The first event is Tunisia 2027, at the Hergla International Kart Race Track; from 2028 the Championship will follow, with six Grand Prix events across six countries. The spirit remains the one it began with: a major event designed for companies, united under the banner of solidarity. Days in which, among people who share the same values and ideals, friendship and collaboration can only grow.
